General Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
Vehicle mileage limitations may apply depending on the service booked.
Point-to-point transportation services on weekend evenings are offered at our discretion.
We are not responsible for service delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, road conditions, mechanical issues, weather, or acts of God.
For group transportation or high-volume trips, excessive changes may result in additional administrative fees.
If a chauffeur feels threatened or identifies a safety risk to themselves or passengers, the ride may be terminated immediately with no refund.
Momentum Luxury Rides is not responsible for valuables left inside any vehicle.
All personal items brought into the vehicle remain the responsibility of their owner.
All local, state, and federal regulations regarding alcohol and controlled substances are strictly enforced.
Zero tolerance for underage alcohol consumption (under 21 years of age).
Use of illegal drugs will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
We are not responsible for injuries resulting from passenger altercations.
We are not responsible for injuries caused by intoxication.
Chauffeurs may not exceed the legal passenger capacity of any vehicle. This is prohibited by law and insurance regulations.
Holiday dates, special events, and peak demand periods may include additional surcharges.
For safety and quality assurance, vehicles may be equipped with audio and/or video recording systems. By using our services, you consent to such recording during your ride.
Hourly / As-Directed Reservations
You will receive automated text messages with your chauffeur’s name, contact number, vehicle details, and license plate.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled reservation will result in forfeiture of 100% of the total balance.
A reduction in reserved hours is considered a cancellation and treated accordingly.
Trips are billed based on time reserved, not actual usage. No discounts are provided for early drop-offs.
A 10-minute grace period applies after the scheduled end time. After that, usage is billed in half-hour increments.
Only one grace period applies per reservation.
A customary 20% service fee (including gratuity) is automatically added. This may be adjusted upon request.
Airport & Point-to-Point (Transfer) Services
Automated chauffeur and vehicle details will be sent via text.
Departures / Scheduled Pickups
A 10-minute grace period applies after the scheduled pickup time.
After 10 minutes, a per-minute waiting fee will apply.
Airport Arrivals
A 30-minute grace period applies after flight landing time.
After 30 minutes, a per-minute waiting fee will apply.
Stops Along the Route
Any requested stop will incur a minimum $25 fee, which may increase based on duration or location.
Multiple stops will convert the trip into an hourly reservation with a 3-hour minimum.
Additional Fees
Pickups scheduled between 12:00 AM and 6:00 AM will incur a red-eye surcharge.
A customary 20% service fee (including gratuity) is added unless otherwise requested.
Timing changes for private or semi-private flights cannot be made within 2 hours of scheduled pickup.
Child & Car Seat Policy
Momentum Luxury Rides assumes no responsibility for injuries or damages related to child or car seat usage.
All car seats must be installed by the passenger or guardian.
Chauffeurs are not authorized or certified to install child safety devices.
Invoicing & Payments
Invoices not paid within 7 days will incur a 10% late fee.
Invoicing & Payments
The following fees may be assessed as applicable:$250 – Cleaning due to sickness
$100 – Any smoking-related cleaning
$50 – Excessive food mess (at Company discretion)
$25 – Per broken glassware
$25 – Missing AUX cable
$150 – Removal or damage to window tint
$250 (minimum) – Upholstery or leather rips/tears
$250 (minimum) – Damage to electronics (TV, radio, DVD, control units, etc.)
All damage or cleaning fees are due immediately following the trip.
Acceptance of Terms
By booking or using Momentum Luxury Rides services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
